Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: Orders are typically shipped 2-3 business days after they are placed. Once it is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Shipping time is usually between 10-15 business days. 

Q: What if I need to return my order?

A: Please read our refund policy for details, we usually accept returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is unworn and in its original packaging.

Q: Can I exchange products in my order?

A: If you have received the wrong item, absolutely. However, any other exchanges aren't possible. You can send it back and we will send you a refund according to the terms of our refunds & exchange policy, you can then place a new order for a different item. 

Q: Do you have a store location?

A: No, for now we operate strictly online but we look forward to expanding soon and maybe open up shop in a city near you!

Q: Are your sunglasses good quality?

A: At Sol Havana, we strive to offer you the best style and quality for a fraction of the designer cost. Our team actually wears the shades as well and they are great! 

Q: How do I redeem a promo code?

A: Simply enter the code at checkout and the discount will be applied to your order before you pay. If you have a valid promo code and are not able to see the discount, contact our team.
